Simon earned a LEED AP credential in 2009 and a WELL AP credential in 2016.
Now, Simon has sold his firm and helps other CEOs and real estate executives find ways to make their buildings more productive. He also sits on Boards of selected organizations and works with clients on mergers, acquisitions and new partnerships.
